1. Promoter

The promoter is Market Direct Group Pty Ltd (ABN 22 115 038 483), operator of Gold Class Caravans Perth, of 1A/836 Boundary Road, Coopers Plains QLD 4108, Australia (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to persons aged 18 years or over who attend either of the participating Western Australian events during the applicable event period:

• Dowerin Machinery Field Days, Dowerin, Western Australia; or
• Busselton Caravan & Camping Show, Busselton, Western Australia.

Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and any person directly involved in the administration or conduct of the Promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotional Period

The Promotion will accept entries during the following event periods:

Dowerin Machinery Field Days Wednesday 26 August 2026, 8:00am to 5:30pm AWST Thursday 27 August 2026, 8:00am to 4:00pm AWST

Busselton Caravan & Camping Show Saturday 19 September 2026, 9:00am to 4:00pm AWST Sunday 20 September 2026, 9:00am to 4:00pm AWST

Entries submitted outside these periods will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, an eligible entrant must:

1. Visit the Gold Class Caravans Perth display at either participating event;
2. Scan the promotional QR code;
3. Complete the online entry form with the requested details; and
4. Submit the completed entry form during the applicable entry period.

No purchase is necessary to enter and there is no cost to enter.

There is a limit of one entry per person across the entire Promotion.

Providing consent to receive marketing communications is optional and is not a condition of entry and does not affect an entrant’s chance of winning.

5. Prize

There is one prize across the entire Promotion.

The prize is a $500 fuel voucher from, valued at AUD $500.

Total prize pool: AUD $500.

The prize is subject to any applicable validity periods, usage conditions and restrictions imposed by the voucher provider.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection

All valid entries received across the Dowerin Machinery Field Days and Busselton Caravan & Camping Show will be combined into a single prize draw.

The winner will be selected by random draw.

The draw will take place at:

10:00am AWST on Monday 21 September 2026 Gold Class Caravans Perth 471 Great Eastern Highway, Redcliffe WA 6104

One eligible entrant will be randomly selected as the winner.

Where practicable, members of the public may witness the draw. The Promoter will retain appropriate records of the draw in accordance with applicable requirements.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

The winner will be contacted using the telephone number and/or email address supplied with their entry within two business days of the draw.

The winner must claim the prize no later than 5:00pm AWST on Monday 5 October 2026.

If the winner cannot be contacted, does not claim the prize by the above deadline, or is subsequently found to be ineligible, the prize will be treated as unclaimed, subject to applicable law.

An unclaimed prize draw, if required, will take place at:

10:00am AWST on Tuesday 6 October 2026 Gold Class Caravans Perth 471 Great Eastern Highway, Redcliffe WA 6104

Any replacement winner will be contacted within two business days of the unclaimed prize draw.

8. Verification and Invalid Entries

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants.

An entry may be deemed invalid if it is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, submitted outside the applicable entry period, duplicates another entry from the same entrant, or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter may request information reasonably required to verify an entrant’s identity or eligibility.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of the Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Information provided by entrants will be used as reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion, verify entries, conduct the draw and contact the winner.

Entrants may separately choose to consent to receiving marketing communications from Gold Class Caravans.

Providing marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter the Promotion.

Where an entrant provides marketing consent, their details may be used to provide marketing communications, promotional offers, product information and sales follow-up in accordance with that consent.

Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time, including by using the unsubscribe functionality contained in electronic communications or by contacting Gold Class Caravans.

10. General

The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or not received due to technical failures or circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.

If the Promotion cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion only to the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any regulatory approval required.

Once the Promotion has commenced, these Terms & Conditions will not be amended or varied without first considering and complying with any applicable regulatory requirements, including obtaining any approval required from the relevant Western Australian regulatory authority.

The Promoter will retain records relating to the Promotion and prize draw as required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

The Promoter’s decisions regarding the administration of the Promotion and eligibility of entries are final, subject to applicable law.
